Overall nice environment, but culture is disappearing
- smart and kind people in federation functions
- good pay and benefits
- Deteriorating culture (people are very indifferent towards each other)
- Lack of interesting projects
- A lot of red tape
- A lot of ambiguity (lack of clear expectations)
- Make people feel valued and cared for, bringing a bit of humanity into the workplace.
- Improve transparency and set clear expectations.
- Inspire people and ensure they have something to look forward to.
