Pros

Great brand to have on your resume.

Flexibility pre-COVID. Post-COVID, this is deteriorating as there is too much of an urge to return to the office. They actually check the times your work ID is swiped in and out of the office to ensure your attendance.

Cons

Lack of transparency with promotions and compensation. You could have someone reporting to you making twice your salary, and promotions are not always guaranteed even if you are doing a great job. You need to play the politics, which would not be in your favor if you are a minority, i.e., you do not have representation in leadership positions in your region. Internal mobility is like cheap labor. You may move to an area with a higher salary bandwidth, but your salary will never get reviewed and adjusted if it means an increase.
