- Good pay (especially for senior staff). Salary + bonus can be competitive (within 90%) to FAANG.
- Relatively nice and relaxed culture/workplace (despite being a bank).
- Many people lack passion and interest.
- There is no clear career path or upward mobility.
Focus more on long-term and less on short-term quarterly goals, and be more open to new ideas.
