The brand - it feels really cool to say you work for Goldman and watch it immediately humble the person on the other end of the conversation.
The experience - working for Goldman Sachs will make every other workplace you ever walk into seem lesser than. The work ethic you gain from your time at Goldman is priceless.
Cutthroat/Competitive - A lot of the time it will feel like you are fighting to prove your worth. You can't trust anyone (or at least you shouldn't).
They don't care about you - "The world is full of people who are just as good at what you do as you, and they're probably willing to work more hours for less..." is kind of the mentality.
The hours - They're long. You will be "encouraged" not to report overtime, but at the same time, you'll love it and be okay with it. This is more of a plus and a con. When you love what you're doing, you won't mind working 8 days a week on it.
