You get to say you work for Goldman Sachs. If you are in India, you can brag about joining "Infy". Some usual office perks you get everywhere, not just at Goldman Sachs.

Don't join Goldman Sachs via Infosys unless you have no other options. My current project, ABO, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is the worst project ever.

Infosys hired me for AMD and put me in ABO the very first day, saying it was a temporary move. ABO has made my life horrible.

There's a lack of leadership and a lack of unity. ABO is so horrible that the colleagues are digging each other's graves. Everyone is tired of the workload, so everyone is throwing responsibility at each other.

Work-life balance is nonexistent. The management is very dictating, calling you on Saturday night at 9:30 PM to order you to log in and start working tickets. It's a shame.

Get a life.
