Actually get to code, provide your own ideas for implementation of project design, lots of smart coworkers, and a pretty modern tech stack (depends on the team).
Sometimes managers seem too busy to help. Internships slow down at the end. Some days are really slow. I would not recommend it if you're not interested in finance (obviously).
8/19 Applied HackerRank technical assessment, LeetCode-style questions 9/27 HireVue with behavioral questions 10/9 Superday invite 10/17 Superday, two rounds, mostly technical: data structures, LeetCode-style problems, and system design 10/30 Off
Easy process. Submitted OA two weeks late, but they didn't seem to care. Had Hirevue after OA, then got passed onto Superday. Interviewers were nice. Had a string parsing problem and a bit manipulation problem. LC med/hard.
The total process took approximately two months, from early September to early November. I applied for Quantitative Strategy and took a Math+CS coding assessment. The assessment included easy coding questions and medium statistics/math questions. It
