Flexible work schedule and the internship was in person. Easy onboarding process and lots of support from your manager. They had free food and lots of events to network.
Networking events were scheduled when most interns were busy, so it would have been helpful to have them at convenient times.

Engineering Summer Analyst
Everyone gets a coding assessment from Goldman for the first round. The difficulty level is roughly two LeetCode medium/hard problems with ample time. I had dynamic programming on my assessment.
