Great experience working in the organization
Supportive manager who provided proper guidance throughout the project. Friendly team and good learning environment with real-world project exposure.
The only con was the strict 5-day onsite requirement. Also, as a contractor, there’s always the uncertainty of getting laid off without notice.
Offer more flexibility for hybrid/remote work and provide better job security or communication for contractors.
