Overall, working at GS was a profoundly disappointing and demoralizing experience.
- Very outdated and chaotic approach to software, definitely not a place to learn best practices or learn anything at all, really, in regards to software.
- Many people there have an over-inflated opinion of their technical abilities, don't listen to advice, and end up making bad decisions.
- Very poor work-life balance.
- Very poor communication.
