Employee perks, such as healthcare and gym memberships, are very good.
They underutilize contractors. Even though you have good experience, the work they give to contractors is trivial. If you are used to an environment where deployments and builds are done by a different team, you will find it difficult. There are no testing teams and no deployment teams. The developer does everything.
