Bad management, partial treatment by managers.
Compensation after the first year becomes incompetent.
Work-life balance is almost non-existent.
No on-site opportunities.
Considers tech as a cost center, so not much focus.
Uses obsolete and proprietary technologies.
Should try to identify the raw talent, rather than rewarding only people who work for visibility.
