Pros

HR/HCM policies are great.

Health benefits are good.

The number of PTOs is great.

Paternity leave is great.

Cons

Profit-focused company. You can terminate full-time employees only if the budget is high.

Labor-intensive company where you'll be drained working at least 10 hours every day.

No appreciation for good work; a very political environment. If you want a promotion, all you need is a good relationship with your manager. No matter how hard you work or prove yourself, you cannot get a promotion or stay in the company if you are not "licking your manager's boot."

Salary is on the lower side of the industry average.

Advice to Management

At least put employees on performance reviews if they're not performing before firing them.
