Remote work.
Nice manager and teams.
Long hours of work, nine hours daily, but it almost takes ten hours to get all work done. Underpaid. Not enough benefits. Understaffed teams. I am pretty much the only engineer managing an entire department because all other engineers left.
Pay people more. Give them fewer hours for daily work.
