High expectations and workload. They will work you hard, but it's rewarding.
Continue the good work. There have been massive improvements over the last couple of years.

Software Engineer
First round - CoderPad with one of the team member. It went well. Initially was asked to introduce myself and few behavioral questions to start with. Behavioral was about 15 minutes and moved on to coding round.

Applied on LinkedIn, and HR contacted. There was one screening interview, followed by a test, and then a Zoom interview. I could not clear the test round. The process was smooth, and the people were helpful. HR gave updates for each round.
