GS has a great amount of learning opportunities due to its vast network of engineers and areas of expertise. There is always someone to learn from.
The GS culture is challenging at times, as delivery is key. There are cases of bad management as well, which should ideally be avoided.
Make sure to listen to junior folks and be open to suggestions.
