They do a lot of things proprietary and from the ground up. They do this because it fits their security architecture and they have the resources to do it. It's difficult to jump into and makes the skills learned somewhat not transferable.

The culture is very based on money and a need to get ahead.

Way too into their workflow tracking tool, Projito. I came in with very little industry knowledge and had to make my own project. Then, when I learned more about the industry and the application I was working on, I wanted to alter my enhancements, but I was constrained by Projito.
