We can work with lots of people with strong technical and personal skills. The firm pays great attention to helping their employees develop their careers. Everyone pays attention to building professional relationships with their peers, managers, and subordinates. Nice office and nice gym.
During my years in GS, there were ups and downs in total compensation because of the change in the investment banking market.
