It's a good place for a junior developer to gain some experience and learn about the financial industry, particularly for those who work in Securities Division Tech.
No longer a place to plan a longer career. Management has shifted to a very short-term approach. Very little agreement on strategy from the partners.
Focus on technology strategy and ensure that it is agreed by stakeholders and technology managers. Currently, there is very little agreement or cooperation between groups.
