HR benefits are one of the best in industry
Compensation is not competitive at all. Work culture is horrific. Extra long working hours and no appreciation at all. Unless you're good at licking boots of senior leadership you'll not get promotion or salary hike. You can easily get fired if one senior leader decide you're not licking their boot. I've seen in my own team intelligent and hard working people who only mind their job getting fired because they only minded their job and didn't lick their boots.
Grow up and treat your employees like employees and not another head count.
