Pros

HR benefits are among the best in the industry.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive at all.

Work culture is horrific. Extra-long working hours and no appreciation at all. Unless you're good at licking the boots of senior leadership, you'll not get a promotion or salary hike.

You can easily get fired if one senior leader decides you're not licking their boot. I've seen in my own team intelligent and hard-working people who only minded their job getting fired because they only minded their job and didn't lick their boots.

Advice to Management

Grow up and treat your employees like employees, not just another headcount.
