Pros

Most of the people you'll work with are absolutely fantastic. PTO is generous, and benefits are good.

Cons

Culture from the top is toxic. Not people-focused, a very big brother, top-down org. The people doing the actual work have little to no say.

Very little flexibility. Promises made during the recruiting process are not kept, including comp and bonus expectations.

VERY stingy when it comes to compensation, bonuses, travel, expenses, budget, etc. (but not for the CEO!).

Antiquated technology with most work being done manually, putting more pressure on already overworked, extremely understaffed teams.

Advice to Management

Completely revamp the culture and focus more on your people. It will go a long way in improving the business.
