Process
The Gong interview process was one of the most thorough I have experienced.
It included:
- A mock sales call
- Interviews with multiple leaders
- A reference check
Overall, it was challenging, but I learned a lot through the process. The team communicates very well, and the emphasis on culture is impressive. Interviewing with Gong was an incredible experience and one that will shape me for the future.

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: We work as a team; we win as a team. No thought, idea, or suggestion goes unnoticed, and people are encouraged to drive and push innovation in every aspect they care about, whether it's personal, technical, inspirational, or just fun.
There are obviously so many more pros, as I see it, but as well as cons, this is highly individual.
Cons: Too many operating principals! As it goes for the pros, it depends on the person. If you're not up for a fast-paced, no-sugar-coating culture where people want to hear what you have to say, then perhaps we are not a best fit, but I'd suggest you reconsider.
