Pros: Amazing team - all seasoned professionals, friendly and helpful. State-of-the-art software development methodologies and tools. Great management - intelligent and with solid experience in building a startup to success. Highly demanded product with sales that beat the goals quarter after quarter. Dynamic and high-speed work environment.

Cons: No cons found yet - working here from day 1.

Pros: At Gong.io, AI is applied in reality. It is exciting to be at the cutting edge of technology and know that the buzzwords are for real. The company's employees are diverse (culture, gender, and age), and the work ambiance is dynamic and energetic. There is lots of positive thinking and, most importantly, no fear of trying out new technologies.

Cons: It is a startup, with its risks. Although I feel quite secure, Gong just raised $20M. The senior management had managed a couple of startups in the past, and the future seems bright.

Pros: The best product and company potential, combined with the smartest, nicest people I have ever worked with.

Cons: Until now, I did not find any.
