Process
A friend recommended me to the company. He said the process was fast and efficient. However, it took them more than a week to get back to me. The recruiter then spoke with me, as is typical in most other places. After 8 days, I followed up, and she said she was still talking to the hiring managers (8 days?). Four days later, another HR coordinator set up a meeting. The meeting was with the group leader and lasted 30 minutes. Two days later, I received a short email: "Thank you and goodbye."
I suggest Gong be more efficient. If you do not intend to hire people, please do not start the process at all.
