Pros: Working at Gong as a software developer has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company operates at the cutting edge of technology, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning, especially in the realm of revenue intelligence. It's exciting to work on products that have a tangible impact on businesses, and the fast-growing industry offers plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. Also, the company culture is one of the best I’ve experienced—collaborative, supportive, and employee-focused. Gong values work-life balance, and it shows through flexible work policies and competitive benefits. The leadership team fosters an environment where developers can thrive, learn, and contribute meaningfully. Plus, the exposure to modern tech stacks and the intersection of software development with revenue operations has been a great way to enhance my skills.

Cons: Honestly, I haven't encountered any significant downsides. Gong offers a great culture, cutting-edge work, and excellent growth opportunities. It's been a positive experience all around.
