The product evolves in all areas, so there's no shortage of development work.
Good people to work with Great work-life balance
There are many teams working on different parts of the products, so it happens that the development environment/flow is broken in unexpected ways. Fortunately, the devEx team is working to improve, hopefully avoiding such issues in the future.
Great interview process! Challenging but in the right focus. In addition, you meet many people from the company during the process and learn from them how the company works and how professional they are.
HR phone interview - nothing unusual. After that, there was an online interview with a senior developer from the R&D team. They asked only theoretical questions about coding and Java; no LeetCode problems were presented at this part.
People were nice during the interview. The interview process included: * 20-30 minutes with HR * 45 minutes with the DevOps team lead When asked why I was rejected, I received an empty, generic, and non-effortful response.
