The interview process was not too bad. It started off with a brief introduction and then we got straight into the questions. They asked me to justify using certain data structures over others.

Pros: You get to work with some of the greatest people in the software industry. It was an amazing place to network. Google had an excellent culture that they worked hard to build, and I hope they never lose it.
Cons: Google has a hard time delegating responsibility to remote offices. Projects started abroad would consistently be pulled into Mountain View as soon as they showed signs of success. This did not work well for remote employees, who were left marginalized and unrewarded for their efforts.

Pros: I enjoyed my time at Google pretty much, but felt that it was too big for my taste.
It's easy to see where to grow here.
Cons: Too big.
Lots of politics.
Hard to see the big picture.
