The entire process took around six months from the initial application.

• 50% of my scheduled interviews were canceled or rescheduled.
• I had two phone interviews and four interviews at one of Google's offices. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no continuity from interview to interview, and every interviewer seemed unfamiliar with my professional background/experience.

They did not end up making me an offer due to a weakness in "technical" expertise. I found this interesting because I was asked no more than three technical questions throughout the whole interview, all of which I had a reasonable handle on.
