I applied through a referral and received an email for a phone screening within a couple of days. The call took place after two weeks.
HR called on time and walked me through the requirements. They asked if I had any questions and then jumped straight to the technical questions required per the job description. They noted all my answers, and the call ended just in time.
There were no "tell me about yourself" type questions, but they did ask about salary expectations.
I was told they would get back to me in a few days, and they called as promised. Unfortunately, the role got closed as they had just made offers. Although I cleared the screening, I didn't advance to the next round. They mentioned they would reach out if the role opens again, and I trust they will.
