I was not able to crack the second round of the interview. However, with proper preparation of one to two months, one should be able to crack it.

Pros: Solid benefits, education reimbursement, healthcare, and a 401k match to max out.
Plenty of resources for self-study and a growth mindset.
Cons: A bad manager experience can make even the most ideal work environments feel like a battlefield. My manager changed, and the new manager overworked me to the point of severe health issues. Only when I spoke with higher management did it come to light that bad practices were being followed.
Customer-facing roles can be very intense, political, and overworked.
