The typical SWE process unfolded, but my recruiter was very unresponsive and not very communicative.
Overall, I ended up getting an offer. However, I had no idea because the recruiter never communicated it to me. By the time they got back to me, the position had already been filled by an internal candidate.
A new recruiter reached out to me five months later to finally offer me a position with another team.
