Pros: Very friendly people and very interesting work.
The working environment is very nice, and we only need to worry about the work we are responsible for. Anything else is well taken care of by other assistants and applications.
Cons: A common problem with large companies: it is a lot of competition to climb up the ladder from an ordinary engineer.
