Embedded Software Engineer Interview Experience - Taipei, Taiwan

March 1, 2025
Positive ExperienceNo Offer

Process

A very standard Google interview process. The first round involved a recruiter outlining the role and chatting with me. This was followed by three technical rounds, and then a final hiring committee round.

Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the final round. Be aware that there is a one-year cooldown period before you can attempt to interview again.

The technical rounds themselves were not particularly difficult if you are competent.

Questions

Some embedded-related coding questions, which also had to factor in some hardware limitations.
