I had a phone screen, followed by several rounds of onsite interviews.
Some of the technical phone screen questions were copied from the internet, with one question being poorly described and unsolvable. While some of the onsite interviews went smoothly, others were disorganized.
One of the interviewers seemed technically weak and did not appear interested in answering clarifying questions. I'm not sure if this is a symptom of chaos and bureaucracy within the company.
However, the recruiters were nice enough to follow through at every step of the interview process, including informing me of the rejection after the onsite interview.
