I received a call to schedule an initial phone interview. It was scheduled for the following week, but some of the questions they asked were unanswerable with my current knowledge. Consequently, I didn't perform well.

I wish they would be a bit more lenient during the interview and focus on getting to know the candidate better, rather than solely asking a barrage of difficult questions. I dislike that approach!
