I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.
First, there is a standard position-filtering conversation reviewing experience match. Then an explanation of the entire workflow, which is long. I only completed the first technical filter, which consists of two system design and architecture sessions. During the explanation, they provide plenty of material such as videos and FAQs. They even suggest scheduling a "mock interview" to prepare and get feedback before the real one. That was the bad part, since I scheduled it but they never contacted me, and due to scheduling issues they asked me to bring forward the sessions I had scheduled for weeks later, so I felt I didn't prepare adequately.
