Process
I received an email from the recruiter stating that my resume had been shortlisted.
She then called me and discussed my background and the opportunity. Of course, she thanked me for my interest in Google. :)
I had two phone interviews, and then I was called for an onsite interview.
I met with four different Googlers. The interviews were relaxed and more like brainstorming sessions.
I loved the whole process. Way to go, Google!
