Engineering Practicum Interview Experience - Canada
Process
The interview process includes short essay responses submitted with your resume, followed by two consecutive 45-minute interviews. Both interviews focus on technical questions.
While the questions are not overly complicated—certainly not to the level of a typical software engineering internship—they are looking for smart individuals who have a strong grasp of their subject matter.
It is important to review your computer science courses and understand fundamental concepts. However, do not expect extremely difficult LeetCode-style problems to appear.
