Pros: Everyone is willing to help others out, and the environment is really open. So, if you want to talk to someone, you can. It's easy to email engineers who are L6 and up. This type of culture made me feel more part of a team and interested in what different types of people were doing at the company.
Cons: Put calorie information up for the cafes.
