Process
There were three steps, I'd say, for an EP Intern.
- Short answers when you apply plus an initial screening.
- Two technical interviews. Mine were back-to-back over the phone. However, I've seen people invited on-site too; it depends on your location.
- Team matching. For EP (now it's STEP), you are guaranteed to be matched with a team. I interviewed with three different teams and was matched with the last one. This part is pretty important for normal SWE interns; however, EPs can just relax and choose the team they think they'd best fit with.

Pros: Great resources, great food, and activities to do around campus when you are not working. Great networking events.
Cons: The company is not as diverse. My host was not willing to help me whatsoever. Even though it was a developmental internship, I had to figure everything out on my own.
