Process
I applied online, and a recruiter reached out to me.
The scheduling of my interviews was a huge mess and frankly a waste of my time.
My interview was cancelled the day before the scheduled date and rescheduled for two weeks after the original date (mind you, applications are considered on a rolling basis).
Both before and during my interview, I felt like my ability to succeed was hindered by the people at Google with whom I was interacting.
