Pros: Interning at Google is an amazing opportunity. * Provides all meals (depending on office) that are all high quality and lots of variety. * Interns are given a high level of trust; allowed to sit in on meetings and such. * The company culture is extremely friendly, and most people are nice. * There are many growth opportunities, such as classes and leadership series. * Documentation of technologies (in general) is very good, and programming examples can be found fairly easily. * Microkitchens everywhere.

Cons: The company is so large it can feel overwhelming at times. There are many internal tools that can take a bit of time to get the hang of.

Pros: Good salary to live and pay taxes.

Cons: Labor exploitation of workers in some periods.
