I had an interview for the end of October with two phone interviews back-to-back. They were very standard.

The first one went really well; the second one did not go well. With the mixed feedback, they scheduled another phone interview for me in late November.

This one went well, and in mid-December, I heard I would be proceeding to the hiring committee phase. I didn't hear back until early February that I got the position.
