A recruiter contacted me first and explained the hiring process. They then scheduled a collaborative phone interview with Google Docs access. For the first technical phone interview, I was asked to design an algorithm for Tic-Tac-Toe. After that, I had an onsite interview. I did not clear the technical phone interview. Overall, the experience was good, and the recruiters were very friendly.
