The interview process was very unstructured and didn't have any objective ways to assess my skills. I had no problem showing examples of my work as a demonstration of what I could do. However, I have learned from experience that it's a bad sign when a company hires a developer without giving them a code exercise or asking specific questions about how to write code.
Aside from that, the people I spoke with were very friendly and courteous.
