Process
I received an email to schedule two back-to-back phone calls, both 45 minutes long. During both, I was on the phone with the interviewer while live on Google Docs, typing and analyzing code.
The first interview involved analyzing code they pasted into the document. The second required me to type up code based on the problem they presented.
I performed poorly on the code tracing but did well on typing up the code.
They initially said I would find out in 2-3 weeks, but I was ultimately declined at 8 weeks.
