Hardware Interview Experience - Mountain View, California

Process

The recruiting process was very long and drawn out. After a six-week wait during the first stage - matching me with a potentially interested group - I moved on to the second stage, which sounded identical based on the recruiter's description. Some progress was finally made around 8 weeks into the process. I was given one day's notice for a phone interview, and no information about the interviewer. The interviewer had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. Questions were relatively difficult, nothing out of the ordinary for a company at this level.
