Application Process:

1. Application via online portal (multiple times over a year for all available internship positions).
2. Initial rejection due to insufficient academic progress (I believe applicants are generally only accepted from the 3rd semester onwards).
3. After the second application, invitation to two telephone interviews.
4. In both interviews, I had to solve different algorithmic problems via Java/C++ or Go in Google Docs. The interviews each lasted 1:30 h.
5. Follow-up discussion with a recruiter (very positive, also by phone).
6. "Project matching phase" – In the second application phase, I waited approximately two weeks for a project offer.
7. Technical and personal interview with a developer from the project offer team.
8. Acceptance of the project and contractual matters.
9. Apartment search and onboarding.

Solve algorithmic problems, no personal questions.

Unfortunately, I had to sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the interview questions.
