The interviewer had a very heavy accent, and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. It was a very awkward conversation. He didn't even greet me or ask how my day was going. You know, some ice-breaking would have been nice.
Anyway, I proceeded with the interview, which had only two questions.
Towards the end, I had a couple of questions that I asked, and that's when I was shocked!
I asked whether Google follows an Agile process. I received a blank stare and awkward silence. I asked again, and he said:
Me: "Agile process?" Him: "What process?" Me: "Are you familiar with the Agile process?" Him: "I think I've heard of it."
Seriously?
Honestly, that's when I got a bad vibe about the place and the environment in the company.
