Applied via online portal after attending a career fair and completing online coding courses, I did not even get a phone interview. I considered threatening to leave a poor review of the company using its own rating aggregator. I figured this would be particularly harmful to their reputation, especially if they were to remove it or otherwise flag it as not a valid review. This could then trigger a PR nightmare on the grounds that they use their platform to censor their critics. This type of action hurts any company, in a PR sense, no matter how big or connected to Congress that company may be.
