Process
The interview process was very extensive.
It began with a preparation meeting with the recruiter, who gave a very detailed explanation of the process. The interview was scheduled for a few weeks later, allowing plenty of prep time.
The interview itself was scheduled to be a single day, a mixture of technical and non-technical sessions.
Technical interviews included:
- 1x coding
- 2x system design
Non-technical sessions covered:
- Management situations
- General behavioral questions
The interview process itself was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was radio silence afterwards.
Even if you are not extending an offer, I find it poor form not to at least reach out to the candidate and let them know.
